DESCRIPTION:2025 Plumber Performance Bonds - Important Reminder\n\nPMC members can get Plumber Performance Bonds at a lower cost through PMC. You only need to complete one set of forms\, either from PMC or the municipality.\n\nKey Details:\n\n\n Bonds must be renewed by January 1\, 2025.\n Indicate which bonds to renew on the PMC registration form.\n PMC will handle the power of attorney for each municipality.\n Submit a new Power of Attorney form for each municipality needed.\n\nRegistration deadline is November 15th!\n\n\n\nSee links below for the required forms\n\n\n\nPlease fill out a new Power of Attorney Form for each Master Plumber and each municipality. See the links at the bottom of the page.\n\n \n\nThe fees PMC charges are as follows:\n\n\n City of Butler - $10 per company\n City of New Berlin - $20 per company\n City of New Berlin Road Cut - $20 per company\n City of Wauwatosa - $10 per company City of Cudahy - $20 per company\n City of South Milwaukee - $10 per company\n City of Shorewood - $10 per company\n City of Milwaukee $75.00 per Master Plumber* + a separate check Payable to City of Milwaukee in the amount of $75.00 for each Master Plumber.\n\n\n\n\nThe price for the City of Milwaukee Bond $75/per Master Plumber. Individual bonds are required for each Master Plumber. \n\n \n\nPlease Note: You will be invoiced after completing the registration form. Once you receive the invoice\, send the forms and a check to PMC.\n\n \n\nDeadline to submit ALL Paperwork and checks: November 27th. \n\n\n\nSpecial Notes for City of Milwaukee Plumber Performance Bonds\n\nThe City of Milwaukee requires a $75.00 business registration fee for each Plumber Performance Bond. Therefore\, please send along a $75.00 check for each master plumber\, made payable to the City of Milwaukee. Important: This price will increase January 1\, 2025 to $101.60.\n\n\n\nA certificate of insurance (see link below) must also be filled out using the DNS-114B form available on the internet site: http://city.milwaukee.gov/DNS-114B_PLMB_COI.
