2016 SEMINAR: Setting Up a College Recruitment Program

Recruiting college talent is a tough business; mechanical contracting firms have to fight general contractors as well as other specialty contracting firms for the best students. This session will show attendees the step-by-step process of how the general contractors are recruiting on college campuses. General contracting firms have more personnel and more resources to recruit students, but that does not mean mechanical contracting firms cannot be successful as well. There are several strategies on how a mechanical contracting firm can beat a general contracting firm at the recruiting game, and this session will show participants how to do this without having to spend a significant amount of money.
