Contractors will have a chance to have brief meetings with a number of different students interested in working for mechanical contractors. The hope is to make a perfect match between contractor and student. Each student gets to sit with a contractor for a few minutes, talking about career possibilities before moving on. In a competitive contracting environment, it's the kind of event that allows critical relationship building.
