2020 Charity Golf Outing

Here at the Alliance, we are anxiously awaiting a time where we can gather together in groups of more than 10 and share handshakes and high-fives. 

Our golf outing has always been one of community and comradery. The good news is that we are still planning and making all efforts to keep this annual event running while also keeping it safe for all.
 
Golfer registration is now open! Be sure to register before June 15th to take advantage of the early bird pricing! 

$225.00 for a full day of golf. 
$210.00 with early bird discount! 

A full day of golf includes breakfast, golf, hosted cocktail hour, heavy hors d'oeuvres, and door prizes!

Because of the uncertain status of future events throughout the state and country we will not be invoicing you for any sponsorships until June 1st. *Subject to change*

Sponsoring the golf outing not only gets your company name and logo out in front of hundreds of local area contractors but it also helps us donate $8,000 dollars to local children's charities. 

We have 4 levels of sponsorships available on a first-come basis. 

Platinum Sponsor: $1,500.00 (5 available)
*With this sponsorship, you will receive 4 golf, breakfast, and lunch registrations. The opportunity to host a game/booth on your sponsored hole. Sign on the sponsored hole. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony. 

Cocktail Hour Sponsor: $1,000.00 (2 available)
With this sponsorship, you will receive signage at the hosted cocktail hour/bar. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony. 

On-course Beverage Sponsor: FULL 
With this sponsorship, you will receive your logo on the beverage tickets given to every attendee and giveaway item. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony. 

Galvanized Sponsor: $350.00 (unlimited number available)
With this sponsorship, you will receive a sign on the putting green and driving range. Signage and acknowledgment at the event including table tents, PowerPoint presentation, listing in all pre/post event newsletters, and verbal recognition at lunch/award ceremony.
