Today more than ever our customers are looking for solutions that provide new opportunities to include and use products that provide Clean and Hygienic options in their home, business or commercial/hospitality application. This training will focus on three key categories from Kohler Co. and walk through what we are seeing in the market, how we are addressing the needs and identifying key products in our Commercial, Intelligent Toilets/Cleansing Seats and Touchless & Konnected Kitchen Faucet categories.

Speaker Bios:

· Kevin Anderson – Sr. Training Specialist, NA – Kevin is the lead trainer for all North America training on Kohler (Faucets & Fixtures products), Sterling Brand products, Smart Home products and supports the Kohler Lighting category. Kevin works closely with the Showroom, Trade and Wholesale teams to drive awareness, education and curriculum to the market through various channels and training types. We have seen a dramatic increase in Clean and Hygienic products through 2020 and into 2021. This increase has fueled the need for additional training and outreach to provide training, assets and resources to our customers. He has been with Kohler company for 24+ years and has held roles in Manufacturing, Human Resources, Sales Support, Channel Marketing and Training.

· Andrew Van Gorden – Product Manager; Intelligent Products – Andrew leads the category strategy team focused on intelligent toilets and cleansing seats. Growing Kohler’s offering of easy to attach and simple to use cleansing seats has accelerated after the heightened awareness to the category in 2020. Intelligent toilet developments integrate the personal cleansing features into the toilet product line for a cleaner and more comfortable design within the bathroom space.

· Dianne Orlina - Dianne Orlina – Channel Manager; Commercial and MRO. Dianne has been with Kohler for 15 years, holding various roles in engineering, sales, and marketing. Currently, Dianne manages Commercial and MRO channel strategies and works closely with the commercial product category team to deliver differentiated product solutions for public spaces that improve user perception and experiences. KOHLER Commercial's human centric approach to product solutions brings customers peace of mind in an otherwise unpredictable environment.
