2021 Scheduling 101: Hosted by K2 Consulting




PMSMCA Contractor and Associate members, through the Alliance's national partnership in the MCAA Affiliate Alliance are invited to attend this up-coming continuing education session hosted by nationally recognized construction consulting firm K2 titled: Scheduling 101. 

This session will cover the fundamentals of scheduling and interval planning to help ensure that your future plans are executed according to a logically-driven, programmatic schedule.

  • Identify the ways in which effective scheduling can help reduce overall costs, mitigate risks, and create transparency for the entire project.
  • Discuss methods to properly manage the costs, scope, and scheduling needs of general contractors.
  • Distinguish the key terminology and methods to make effective man-power projections
