Join us as we celebrate our very own Contractor and Associate members who will be awarded for their hard work, dedication, and service.

 PMSMCA Member Only event will be held on Friday, June 6th. The event will consist of an award ceremony to recognize our colleagues in the industry, enjoy good food, and drinks all while at the races! There are numerous vendors to check out, lawn games will be set up, and golf carts available for our members to take turns enjoying the sites of the track from all angles!

Each person who registers for Friday's Member Only event will get a WEEKEND Pass to see the races.

PMSMCA's event will be set up on TURN Three (Corvette Corner). FUN FACT (Corvette Racing driver, Tommy Milner) - Turn 3, which can be a difficult corner to get right. Going into the turn, I downshift to third; with the camber in this corner, it's easy to lock up right front tire. If you're close behind another car coming out of Turn 1, then Turn 3 can be a good passing opportunity. However, there's not much room at the exit with a ditch behind the rumble strips, so if you use the curb you have to get back on the road quickly.

• PMSMCA Event Area will be open for you to come back and enjoy Saturday or Sunday with your family.

• Additional tickets for either Saturday or Sunday are only $10/per person and children 16 and under are FREE! To purchase these tickets:

• Jill Ackerman from the association will be organizing kids face painting and temporary race tattoos on Saturday morning 10:30 a.m. Road America's Family Fun Zone also hosts other activities for kids Saturday and Sunday! Family Fun Zone - Road America

• PMSMCA Contractor Member Safety Excellence Award - Only One Awarded 
  • The theme of the PMSMCA Contractor Safety Excellence Award is "Demand Excellence" emphasizing a companies' daily commitment toward making safety a priority. 
  • Any PMC/SMACCA Milwaukee Contractor member who submits a 2025 PMC/SMACCA Safety Survey and Award Nomination form will receive consideration for the Contractor Safety Excellence Award.

• PMSMCA Emerging Leader Award- Contractor or Associate Member
  • Each company is allowed to nominate an up-and-coming person who has shown dedication, commitment, and outstanding service- Multiple Awards: Open to Contractor or Associate Members (ONLY ONE PER COMPANY)

  • ​This person must have served with the company for at least a 10-year period

• PMSMCA Time To Retire Award (TTR) PMSMCA will award a fun lighthearted meaningful award to someone who's put their "time in" and can reap the bragging rights of this award.
  • Only One Awarded - Associate or Contractor Member
  • This lighthearted award will be given to someone who has dedicated a career (ideally over multiple decades) to the mechanical contracting industry.
  • This individual may have spent their entire career at one company- although it's not required.
  • This individual has been constant presence at PMSMCA/PMC/SMACCA events local, statewide, and nationally.
  • This individual should not YET be retired.
