• PMSMCA Contractor Member Safety Excellence Award - Only One Awarded 

  • The PMSMCA Safety Award was created to recognize the efforts of our contractor members in providing a safe and secure working environment for their employees and customers. The Safety Award is not just about recognizing a company’s past accomplishments. It is focused on inspiring a future working environment that focuses on the safety and health within the Mechanical Contracting industry. 

  • The theme of the PMSMCA Contractor Safety Excellence Award is "Demand Excellence" emphasizing a companies' daily commitment toward making safety a priority. 
  • Any PMC/SMACCA Milwaukee Contractor member who submits a 2026 PMC/SMACCA Safety Survey and Award Nomination form will receive consideration for the Contractor Safety Excellence Award. 

• PMSMCA Emerging Leader Award- Contractor or Associate Member
  • Each company is allowed to nominate an up-and-coming person who has shown dedication, commitment, and outstanding service
  • Multiple Awards: Open to Contractor or Associate Members (ONLY ONE PER COMPANY)

• PMSMCA Hall of Fame Contractor Award 
  • ​This person must have served with the company for at least a 10-year period
  • Only One Awarded - Contractor Members ONLY

• PMSMCA Service Award - Contractor and/or Associate Member 
  • Only One Awarded Contractor Member
  • Only One Awarded Associate Member

• PMSMCA Time To Retire Award (TTR) 
  • Only One Awarded - Associate or Contractor Member
  • Although lighthearted in name, this award is meant for someone who's put their "time in" and can reap all of its bragging rights in a very meaningful way.
  • This award will be given to someone who has dedicated a career (ideally over multiple decades) to the mechanical contracting industry.
  • This individual may have spent their entire career at one company- although it's not required.
  • This individual has been constant presence at PMSMCA/PMC/SMACCA events local, statewide, and nationally.
  • This individual should not YET be retired
