2026 Plumber Performance Bonds - Important Reminder
PMC members can get Plumber Performance Bonds at a lower cost through PMC. You only need to complete one set of forms, either from PMC or the municipality.
Key Details:

• Bonds must be renewed by January 1, 2026.
•  Indicate which bonds to renew on the PMC registration form.
• PMC will handle the power of attorney for each municipality.
• Submit a new Power of Attorney form for each municipality needed.

• Village of Butler - $10 per member firm
• City of Cudahy - $15 per member firm
• City of New Berlin - $15 per member firm
• New Berlin Road Cut - $15 per member firm
• Village of Shorewood - $10 per member firm
• City of South Milwaukee - $10 per member firm
• City of Wauwatosa - $10 per member firm
• City of Milwaukee: $75.00 per Master Plumber*
  Please Note: You will be invoiced after completing the registration form. Once you receive the invoice, send the forms and a check to PMC.
   
  Deadline to submit ALL Paperwork and checks: November 28th. 
  
  *Special Notes for City of Milwaukee Plumber Performance Bonds
  The City of Milwaukee requires a $101.60 business registration fee for each Plumber Performance Bond. Therefore, please send along a $101.60 check for each master plumber, made payable to the City of Milwaukee. 
  
  A certificate of insurance (see link below) must also be filled out using the DNS-114B form. If you use the ACORD form as proof of insurance you need to send the Indemnification Form (see link below) along with it.
